George Martin (played by Andrew Rubin) appears only in the first Police Academy movie. When the movie begins he seems to be a Hispanic heartthrob named George Martin (pronounced Mar-teen) with a gift for attracting hordes of women.
For weeks, he would sneak into Sgt. Callahan's room until she catches him. The next night, she stays in her room and surprises him by grabbing him, throwing him down on the bed and making wild love to him. He "wobbles" back to his room at sunrise when a rooster sounds off.
Later, he confides in Mahoney, who tells him that every now and then he seems to lose his Spanish accent. It is then revealed that he is just a plain American named George Martin who just uses the accent to get the girls.
